Good Guys Dont Always Wear White - Bon Jovi

.
Written by Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora

Bad, bad, bad boys

You say, you don't like my kind
A bitter picture in your mind
No, it don't matter what I say
I hear you bitchin' when I walk away

I'll never be what you want me to be
You tell me I'm wrong but I disagree

I ain't got no apology
Just because I don't look like you
Talk like you, think like you
Judge and jury, a hangman's noose
I see them in your eyes

Good guys don't always wear white
Good guys don't always wear white

You judge a man who don't stand in line
Just because he ain't on your side
You know the man who wears those shoes
If you cut me don't I bleed like you? You know I do

I don't know what you've been told
Can't buy guts with a pot o' gold
A rich man's poor if he got no soul

Rich man, poor man, beggar man, king
All that shit don't mean a thing
Do you know which one's behind those eyes?
It's all a disguise, just go away

Good guys don't always wear white
Good guys don't always wear white
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah

Hey baby, whose side you on?
You think, you got it all figured out where we belong
Forget all about your dark from light
Day from night, wrong from right

Good guys don't always wear white
Good guys don't always wear white
You know that good guys don't always wear white
Good guys don't always wear white
Tell your mama, baby
Good guys don't always wear white

Don't always wear, don't always wear
Don't always wear, don't always wear
Don't always wear, don't always wear white

McAuley Schenker Group - When I'm Gone

.

Written by : Jesse Harms/Robin McAuley
From the album : M.S.G (1992)

It's early morning, not quite awake
The urge is calling and I can't wait
I need you now, Oh!
Your body moves, we feel like one
You open your eyes and I feel so strong
I want you now, more than ever

You laugh when I cry
I'm beginning to see the reason why
Don't go thinking I'll never leave
'Cause you won't be laughin'
You won't believe (You better believe)

Chorus #1:
When I'm gone baby, gone
Who's gonna hold you
From dark until dawn
And who will be there
That can love you like me
When I'm gone?

Your clothes are hanging on the floor
My room is full of the night before
And the promise you made to love me forever

Oh! You can't use me
Then just up and leave
You got it wrong
You better believe
If I walk out that door
It's forever
There's no turnin' back

Chorus #2:
When I'm gone baby, gone
Who will you turn to
When you need someone
Who will be there to love you
Do what I do
When I'm gone........

The Price - Twisted Sister

.

"The Price" Written by Dee Snider

From the album Stay Hungry (1984)

how long i have wanted
this dream to come true
and as it approaches
i can't believe i'm through
i've tried,
oh, how i've tried
for a life, yes a life
i thought i knew

oh it's the price we gotta pay
and all the games we gotta play
makes me wonder if it's worth it to carry on
'cause it's a game we gotta lose,
though it's a life we gotta choose
and the price is our own life until it's done

time seems to have frozen,
but the mind can be fooled
as the days pass i discover
destiny just can't be ruled
hard times,
oh hard times,
for the prize, yes the prize,
i thought i knew

oh it's the price we gotta pay
and all the games we gotta play
makes me wonder if it's worth it to carry on
'cause it's a game we gotta lose,
though it's a life we gotta choose
and the price is our own life until it's done

oh it's the price we gotta pay
and all the games we gotta play
makes me wonder if it's worth it to carry on
'cause it's a game we gotta lose,
though it's a life we gotta choose
and the price is our own life until it's done

Sekali pandang Dee Snider ni dah macam pelakon Dee dalam Sitcom JANGAN KETAWA pulak...

Sebuah powerballads yang best daripada Twisted Sister.

CD Review: Search Rock n Roll Pie Live & Loud

.

I love this sea blue colour concept. Blue, is the colour of passsion .

Cover belakang. First release tahun 1997.

Interior design dan CD. Design CD tak berapa menarik kaler hitam putih, ataupun berbeza dengan first pressing punya?

4. Tempo muzik konsisten, jauh berbeza dengan Konsert Evolusi 2004, jelas ketara beza permainan Yazid dan Lola. Yazid is The Man!

Cons:

1. Saya tak suka medley hits Search tu. Very potong stim.
2. CD tak lawa, kontra gila dengan inlay dia . It's Black , It's White, Whoo!

3. Solo lagu Rock n roll pie tidak kedengaran, mixing problem atau memang tiada solo?
Contohi vcd Slam Unplugged.

Saya dapat album ini dengan harga RM12 sahaja. Dapatlah diskaun 90 sen disebabkan saya pemegang talipinggan Customer of the month 7 kali berturut-turut.

Illusi - Seribu Bahasa Sendu

..

Dari album : Menggapai Pelangi (1993)

tiada lagi madah penawar
bisa menyembuhkan perasaan
yang remuk redah diperalatkan
cinta terpakai mu itu

tiada lagi senyum dan puisi
yang melembutkan sanubari
yang keras kaku diperlakukan
amat kejamnya...

Dalam belaian kuterpedaya
bagaikan sikecil yang lena dibuaikan
terjatuh dan terhempas
meraung dalam kesulitan
seribu bahasa sendu

tiada lagi sinar dan gemalap
bisa menyerikan kehidupan
yang haru biru diperdayakan janjimu
kini mentari yang berdiri di kaki langit
hanya bayangan suram..

Dalam belaian kuterpedaya
bagaikan sikecil yang lena dibuaikan
terjatuh dan terhempas
meraung dalam kesulitan
seribu bahasa sendu

tiada lagi sinar dan gemalap
bisa menyerikan kehidupan
yang haru biru diperdayakan janjimu
mentari yang berdiri di kaki langit
hanya bayangan suram..

yang haru biru diperdayakan janjimu
kini mentari yang berdiri di kaki langit
hanya bayangan suram..

Portnote:
Lagu ini sangat memorable untuk saya disebabkan model video klip nya inaitu Amyleela Chandran, adik Datuk Bernard Chandran.

Puisi untuk Cahaya Aisyah - Nyata dan Maya (Part Deux)

.

"Ku tahu kau pastikan bersinar
Bagai sebutir bintang
Gemerlapan"

"Keyakinan ku bukannya kosong
Lahir dari hati yang
Kenalimu"

"Cekallah sayang
Dalam menempuhi
Dunia ini Saban hari"

"Adakalanya
Mendung jua kunjung
Bersabarlah..."

"Ku kan selalu denganmu,kasih
Dalam jasadku yang nyata atau maya
Kerana ku terlalu mengendah
Suka dukamu setiap ketika"

"Ku kan selalu denganmu,kasih
Dalam kau bertatih atau kau berlari
Andai kau jatuh kubantu kau bangun
oh sayang"

"Andai kau jatuh ku bantu kau bangun semula"
