DVD Peter Jackson's King Kong Production Diaries

Ok kita bertemu lagi di dalam rancangan mari mengreview DVD,

kali ini saya nak review dvd Peter Jackson's King Kong Production Diaries

Saya memang meminati bahagian Special Features/Bonus Features dalam mana-mana DVD, yang biasanya mengandungi ”The Making Of”, ”Deleted Scene”,”Documentary”, ”Scene Bloopers” dan macam-macam lagilah. Selalunya dvd versi lanun depa buang special features ni diganti dengan trailer. Mungkin sebab nak mengoptimumkan kualiti video dan audio selepas proses compressing dari DVD 9 ke DVD 5.

Jadi khas untuk filem KING KONG (2005) , Universal Pictures telah mengeluarkan Peter Jackson's King Kong Production Diaries, khas buat peminat-peminat Special Features/Bonus Features macam saya ni.

Simple sangat dia punya packaging kalau nak compare ngan special boxset dia yang melampau best nya itu.

Oleh kerana versi Encik Simon Tan (pirate) tidak dijumpai dimana-mana kapal lanun berhampiran, maka saya dengan jayanya beli edisi Berjaya HNV ni dari Speedy Video Jusco Bukit Indah dengan harga RM 29.90 seketul. Kalau versi boxset original tu maunya makan harga hampir dua ratus agaknya.

Jackson also regularly published a series of 'Production Diaries', which chronicled the making of the film. The diaries started shortly after the DVD release of The Return of the King as a way to give Jackson's The Lord of the Rings fans a glimpse of his next project. These diaries are edited into broadband-friendly installments of three or four minutes each. They consist of features that would normally be seen in a making-of documentary: a tour of the set, a roving camera introducing key players behind the scene, a peek inside the sound booth during last-minute dubbing, or Andy Serkis doing his ape movements in a motion capture studio.

The production diaries were released on DVD on December 13, 2005, one day before the U.S. release of the film.
